The Bosal Classic Car Africa Festival at WesBank Raceway this weekend is set to be an all action affair - and it'll be a blast from the past for any visitor, too.

Classic Racing

The Festival comprises a full 2-day BP Classic Race Weekend of classic car races, the Pirelli Historic Stages Rally, the Lotus Classic Regularity Rally and the Hollard SA National Concours, which together have attracted over 400 entries. In addition, classic car owners are invited to bring their cars to be part of the Signs For You Classics at the Raceway and there is a model car display among the many attractions.
But a highlight will be the opportunity to meet the legends of the of South African motorsport's halcyon days - including the likes of Dave Charlton, Basil van Rooyen, Jackie Pretorius, Arnold Chats and so many others.
The Bosal Classic Car Africa Festival runs all day Saturday and Sunday 10 and 11 September at the WesBank Raceway on Rand Airport Road, Gosforth Park, Germiston (that's just off the N3 South to Durban.) Entry per day is R40 per adult and R20 per child, with a weekend pass costing R60 per adult and R30 per child.
