Following its decision to exit Formula 1, BMW AG has now reached an agreement with Peter Sauber regarding the sale of the team. The contract, which was the result of yesterday’s negotiations, is subject to the condition that the team has a starting place in the 2010 Formula 1 season.
This means that the sale Qadbak Investment Ltd that was initially planned will no longer be completed.
