It took a rock on stage 1 of the Toyota Gauteng Dealer Rally that started this morning to stop Mark Cronje in a Team Sasol Ford Fiesta S2000 in his tracks. Cronje, one of the favourites to win the event after winning the first two rallies, apparently lost a rear back wheel after hiting a rock on the stage.
