The event is open to Drivers and Navigators holding a valid MSA Restricted or higher grade Competition Licence. The results of the event will count towards the 2004 LESEDI CLASSIC REGULARITY CHALLENGE
The event will be an open odo regularity event for motor vehicles. The rally will be a one day event of approximately 450km in length. Distance between refuels will not exceed 200km. There will be only one speed group and set speeds will not exceed 100km/hr. It will be an all tarmac event.
Entries open immediately and must reach the organizers by 12 noon on Friday 3rd SEPTEMBER, 2004, which will be the closing date for entries. Entries will be limited to 80 cars.
