Given the complex nature of motorsport this is an opportunity to introduce the individuals that make every Witzenberg Motorklub event succeed. Very rarely do these individuals get any credit as results are normally limited to the driver and navigator. Nobody could however claim any spectacular result without those people behind the scene that assist in making it happen in the first place.
We are fortunate to have a number of unique individuals who do more than anyone could ever expect from them. Since having started with the original car gymkhana at Club Mykonos in 1999 much have been happening in the background. Gradually improving with each event Danie Burger have reached the point where he is capable of producing digital quality DVD’s of each event, allowing competitors and spectators to review their successes and disappointments long after the event had passed.
Some two hours of digital quality material are mixed with quality still images taken by Leatitia Bester to produce these much sought after productions. Though always striving to further improve his productions the technical element of producing these DVD’s is truly impressive when considered that the event is completed at 18h00 on the Saturday and he is sometimes ready to deliver by Sunday afternoon.
