All competitors / crew members
1 Competitors are reminded that in terms of MSA Rally Circular 4 / 2008 regulation 98 unleaded fuel will be the only legal fuel.
2 Environmental mats will be in place at each of the refuel zones, competitors must please only refuel on those mats.
3 Paper bins will be placed at the Ermelo Parc Ferme where competitors can deposit any unwanted paper such as road books etc.
2 Competitors can collect their Road Books and Service Guides between 16:00 and 17:00 on Wednesday 28 May 2008 from the Rally Secretary in the showroom of Ermelo Toyota, 130 Kerk Street, Ermelo.
3 Service vehicles must be clearly marked with the official service panels and competitor number on the right hand side of the service vehicle.
3 Catering and refreshments will be available at the Panbult and Warburton Service Parks
4 Both the Steers at Ermelo Toyota and the Mug and Bean across the road, will be open from 0600 hrs on Friday and Saturday for coffee and breakfast
5 Competitors are reminded that immediately after their cars have completed the pre event scrutineering they will have to book in to the Parc Ferme until the start of the rally.
6 The Prizegiving Gala Function on Saturday 31 May 2008 is open to all connected with the event.
7 The List of Scrutineering Times has been published.
8 Please remember the fire hazard !!!
