PMC MEMBER INFORMATION DRIVE

In the interest of compiling a comprehensive and current register of member information the Pretoria Motor Club would like to request all members to complete the attached form.
The register will allow fast and easy access to member information and ensure that you are kept up to date with any PMC News and Events.
We are also trying to establish a database filled with photos of our PMC members in action. Photos of yourself and your vehicle can be sent via email, they should be no larger than 1280 x 960 when sending individual photos and no larger than 640 x 480 when sending two or more attached to an email.
Please return the completed questionnaire to PMC either via email
jana@rallystar.co.za or via fax 012 347 2769. Forms can also be handed in at the PMC Clubhouse in Silverton, Pretoria.
