There is no doubt in my mind that I am so far from perfect - so far you will all have to help look for it?
I got the bad habit of calling a spade a spade twice, I do not always (often?) handle confrontation as well as a civilised person should - I am not known to be the worlds greatest diplomat, but I have always tried to cling to integrity!
Due to the fact that I will have to dig too deep and take too long to find much I can brag about, I decided to let Bill Cosby rather lead the way and tell you what there is to say.
What he says however will seem if it has to do with America and its black community?
If you believe that, you are so wrong - the same fate has grabbed hold right in the middle of our own so-called past-apartheid white, coloured and black people. (If our Indian friends thought that they got away they need to think again!)
When half of us fled to the "greener pastures" right around the world to escape the civil war that did not happen (or is it happening every day?), the other half who stayed behind thought they had to become "one"? This we thought would be possible if we threw culture overboard?
We thought being part of a so-called Rainbow Nation meant that we had to be “cool” and that in turn implied becoming or at least acting stupid?
The blacks speak an English that sounds like Russian mixed with Whalish – the Afrikaner mixed his "tale" so badly "thet it sounded as if we were all heppie?"
Basic Afrikaans words are now replaced by a South African English and you will hear Springbok captains saying, “Ja, ons het ‘n smart game gehad. Net sorry die voorspelers het nie altyd die scrums gejoin nie?”
When there are one english speaking person in an audience of 400, pure bred Afrikaners switch to English during their speeches? People who have been living and sponging on South Africa for a life-time can still not or refuse to speak Afrikaans.
We walk into shops to buy with real money and the only questions we get is “how R jew? Do jew need a plastic?”
You think what you are going to read now about the Americans is worrying for Bill – look around you and start worrying my dear fellow forked up Rainbow friend!

I can't even talk the way these people talk:

Everybody knows it's important to speak English except these knuckleheads. You can't be a doctor with that kind of crap coming out of your mouth
In fact you will never get any kind of job making a decent living.
People marched and were hit in the face with rocks to get an Education, and now we've got these knuckleheads walking around.
The lower economic people are not holding up their end in this deal.
These people are not parenting. They are buying things for kids.
$500 sneakers for what?
And they won't spend $200 for Hooked on Phonics.
I am talking about these people who cry when their
son is standing there in an orange suit.
Where were you when he was 2?
Where were you when he was 12?
Where were you when he was 18 and how come you didn't know that he had a pistol?
And where is the father? Or who is his father?
People putting their clothes on backward:
Isn't that a sign of something gone wrong?
People with their hats on backward, pants down around the crack, isn't that a sign of something?
Isn't it a sign of something when she has her dress all the way up and got all type of needles [piercing] going through her body?
What part of Africa did this come from??
We are not Africans.Those people are not Africans; they don't know a thing about Africa .....
I say this all of the time. It would be like white
people saying they are European-American. That is totally stupid.
I was born here, and so were my parents and grand parents and, very likely my great grandparents. I don't have any connection to Africa, no more than
white Americans have to Germany , Scotland , England , Ireland , or the Netherlands . The same applies to 99 percent of all the black Americans as regards to Africa .
So stop, already! ! !
With names like Shaniqua, Taliqua and and all of that crap .......... And all of them are in jail.
Brown or black versus the Board of Education is no longer the white person's problem.
We have got to take the neighbourhood back.
People used to be ashamed. Today a woman has eight children with eight different 'husbands' -- or men or whatever you call them now.
We have millionaire football players who cannot read.
We have million-dollar basketball players who can't write two paragraphs. We, as black folks have to do a better job.
Someone working at Wal-Mart with seven kids: You are hurting us.
We have to start holding each other to a higher standard..
We cannot blame the white people any longer.'
